Please note that our office voicemail is not monitored after-hours, nor are text messages monitored after hours. Please do not attempt to contact our veterinarians directly after-hours as they are not required to monitor their phones while not on-call. Contacting our vets outside of our on-call service may delay response time for your horse. 

24 - 7 emergency care is available to all current clients of Elm Creek Equine Veterinary Services. We kindly ask that you keep your account current to ensure uninterrupted emergency care. 

Clients living outside of our 100km emergency call zone will be asked to haul their horse to our hospital facility for care.

The safety of our doctors is paramount- ambulatory emergency care may be refused if weather or road conditions inhibit travel. Elm Creek Equine does not travel on closed roads to provide veterinary service.
